Transfer Guides for Students in Colorado Community Colleges
60-60 Guides
The transfer guides listed below show courses that can be taken at Colorado Community Colleges in preparation for completing the degrees in the liberal arts and sciences at Colorado State University identified in each guide. Students who take the courses shown in these guides and complete the AA/AS degree will be able to complete the listed majors and receive the appropriate baccalaureate degree after taking an additional 60 credits at Colorado State University. Students should be aware that it may take more than 4 semesters to complete the specific 60 credits required by their major, if scheduling issues (prerequisites, semester offerings, time conflicts, etc.) prevent them from taking the 15 required credits each semester.
The transfer guides contained here are a state-wide agreement. Please visit the Colorado Commission on Higher Education at http://highered.colorado.gov/Academics/Transfers/default.html. These 60-60 transfer guides are a subset of the Colorado Guaranteed Transfer Program, gtPathways. Information about the gt Pathways (gtPathways or GT-Pathways) program is available from the Colorado Commission on Higher Education at http://highered.colorado.gov/Academics/Transfers/default.html
For a student to be accepted into a capped major, minimum requirements for entrance into the major must be met. Certain majors have a limited number of spaces available on a competitive basis, and not all students who apply will be accepted into that major.
